Fundamentals of Graphic Design – Level 1
More Than Just Software Learning
Course Overview
Our teaching style is a mixture of what we call ‘OLD SCHOOL’ meets ‘NEW SCHOOL’ techniques that get to the core of what it means to be a real graphic designer: an understanding of the culture of design combined with the techniques of a solid design process, from design brief to idea generation, sketching, layout and finishing in the CorelDraw and Photoshop.
Graphic Design Fundamentals provides a foundation in graphic design skills using digital tools. The graphic design fundamental prepares you for creating illustrations, retouching images, and creating layouts for digital and print. You can start your graphic design fundamental program at any time with the rolling-admission program, with new classes starting monthly. All certificate courses in both formats are led by live instructors with personalized attention from our instructors and staff.
No previous design experience is needed, and this course serves as a useful foundation for individuals working across a range of fields. Participants in this course are from a variety of job functions, including marketing, IT, development, management, and design roles.
